Organizational Assessment & SWOT Analysis: An organizational assessment sets the stage for future planning meetings, orients the board and executive leadership team to the process, and provides useful information that helps the board move toward some key decisions. Through interviews and an analysis of key metrics, we gain insights about what must change to achieve the desired vision.

Strategic Vision Process: We will help you describe the organization as it is in its current situation and the desired future that you foresee in several key areas such as: 

  • Mission and Programs 

  • Leadership and Team

  • Branding and Marketing

  • Donor Development and Fundraising

 

The outcome will be a Vision Narrative that provides greater clarity for the future for the organization and its leadership.

 

Three

Operational Model: An effective operational and governance model is essential for organizations to scale for growth and to achieve the vision. The outcome of this will be to identify the operational model that advances the organization into what you want to become.

Four

Strategic Implementation Plan: The strategic implementation plan results in KRA (Key Result Areas) and their corresponding objectives, performance metrics, and action plans to achieve them. The result is a written plan that everyone in the organization understands so that you can move forward with its implementation.

Five

Leadership Structure and Roles: Throughout the process, we will evaluate the desired leadership qualities, values, and characteristics needed in leadership. We provide personal assessment and team evaluation tools, along with coaching to improve organizational leadership.
